Bringing it in
- How do I book RV service?
- Use the booking form. Tell us about your RV and what is wrong, choose a first and second day, and add up to three photos if you have them. We email you to confirm the day and a drop-off time. Nothing is booked until we confirm, and no payment is taken when you book. You can also call (214) 699-6938. Book a repair →
- Where are you and when are you open?
- 2745 FM 1377, Princeton, TX 75407, on the same lot as BuyAnyRV. Monday to Friday, 9 to 2, and by appointment at other times.
- What should I bring?
- Your RV, your keys, and a description of the issue. We handle the rest.
- Do you come to me?
- Service happens at our shop in Princeton. Call ahead and we will help coordinate drop-off.
What we work on
- What kinds of RVs do you service?
- We service travel trailers, 5th wheels, and park models, plus the coach living systems on motorhomes. We do not service engines, drivetrains, or generators. Toy haulers, expandable and hybrid trailers, and horse and livestock trailers are welcome too.
- Do you work on motorhome engines?
- No. On motorhomes we service the coach living systems: the parts you sleep, cook, and live in. We do not service engines, drivetrains, or generators. For those, your motorhome chassis dealer is the right call.
- Do you repair slide-outs?
- Yes. Slide-out motor, rack, and seal repair is part of what we do for travel trailers and 5th wheels. Describe what the slide is doing and we diagnose it, then quote the repair before any work starts. Slide-out repair →
- What do you fix?
- Structural and water damage, climate systems and appliances, electrical and solar, slide-outs and leveling, plumbing and fresh water, safety systems, and exterior sealing. If you are not sure what category yours falls in, book a diagnostic appointment and describe the symptom.
Quotes and approvals
- Will I get a quote before work starts?
- Yes. We diagnose, quote, and wait for your go-ahead. No surprise bills at pickup.
- How much does RV repair cost?
- It depends on what we find, so we do not publish a list price. You get a quote before any work starts, and nothing is charged when you book.
- What if I do not know what is wrong?
- Describe the symptom and we will diagnose it. Choose "Not sure / Diagnostic needed" on the booking form and we will figure it out together.
- Can I book a repair that is part of an insurance or warranty claim?
- Tick the claim box on the booking form and tell us which company, so we know before you arrive. If you have questions about your claim, call (214) 699-6938.
Water and roofs
- How do I know if my RV has water damage?
- Smell first: a musty odor in a closed-up trailer means wet material somewhere. Then look for staining in ceiling corners and above windows, a wavy or bubbled sidewall, and floor that flexes near the door, the bathroom, or a slide edge. Water damage inspection →
- How often should I reseal my RV roof?
- Check the sealant twice a year and after anything that hits it, and reseal on a schedule rather than waiting for a leak. The interval depends on the roof material and whether the trailer is kept under cover. Roof and seal repair →
Buying a used RV
- Can you inspect an RV before I buy it?
- Yes. We do pre-purchase inspections at our shop in Princeton. The unit has to come to us, so arrange with the seller how it gets here. We check the roof and seals, floors, walls, slides, appliances, plumbing, and electrical, and tell you what we found. Pre-purchase inspection →
- How much does an inspection cost?
